- Payment terms are 50% in advance and 50% when goods depart from India’s warehouse. We accept payment via TT & LC.
- All prices we quote are CIF, inco term 2019. All the goods will be delivered to Ahmedabad, ICD. Any other port delivery will incur extra charges.
- If you request to change the basic structure of our packaging there will be extra charges.
- Due to the fluctuation in the dollar value there might be changes in the prices of the products, which is sometimes due to our input cost.
- In the production of sandstone products there may be variation in colour and antique finish as it is natural stone. You accept minor chipping on the product. In iron products weight and sizes may vary up to 5%. As most of our work is handwork there may be some variations in size, colour and weight up to 5%. Such variations are not within manufacturer tolerances and in no way reflect an inferior product. Please read our disclaimer before making any purchase.
Local Buyers
- Different delivery charges will apply depending upon your locations. Prices on our website & quoted will always be ex factory.
- Designated items can be collected from Classic art factory by prior arrangement. For further information please make a call before delivery or pickup.
- All orders that you place through website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with Terms & Conditions. All orders are subject to availability.
- Once placing an order online you will receive an order confirmation to the email address provided outlining the estimate delivery time & full order details.
- We reserve the right to accept, limit or refuse an order or deliver to any individual or company for any reason.
- We ask for 50% deposit on orders whether the item is in stock or not.
- Other 50% will be auto debited from your card upon good arrival, pickup or delivered.
- We accept Master card, Visa, Visa debit card.
- If you order hasn’t arrived on estimated delivery time please call on the number provided on your order invoice.
- If you report damage to an item once the delivery drivers have left, it is at our discretion as to whether to charge you for any repairs. Circumstances can arise which are beyond our control, which may delay or cancel your delivery. In this instance we will not be liable for any consequential losses you experience but will organize a redelivery free of charge at a time convenient to you.
- If we accidentally damage goods in the course of delivery, then our liability for that damage is limited to the repair, refund or replacement of the goods or the value thereof. Time of delivery is not the essence of the contract. We will not be liable for any consequential loss through any reasonable delay or delay due to unforeseen circumstances outside of the reasonable control of Classic Art or delay due to any reasonable rescheduling of delivery.
- You will need to notify Classic Art of any fault or damage to the item within 24 hours of receipt of goods by phone or email provided on the website and invoice. Failure to do so will mean that any transit insurance policy may be voided.
- Returns & Delivery: Any ‘Made to Order’ or bespoke item will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge. This includes any item which has been made by customer request and measurements displayed on our website. Classic Art will only be responsible for the returns and refunds in the event of damages held on our behalf.
