1.Do you have any printed catalogues?
No, we do not have any printed catalogues. Please click on our download section to download a your catalogue.

2.Can I order a sample product?
Yes we can send the sample to you. The cost of the sample and handling charges will be buyer’s responsibility. If the sample is of a lesser value can be arranged for free.

3. I haven’t dealt with your company before so in that case how can you assure me of a safe business deal?
We can provide you references with our satisfied customers. In the event of money transaction our customer agent will help you out with many options and will make sure that you are dealing with the right company.

3.Can you arrange for all the imports and local deliveries?
Yes, in most of the countries we can arrange for local deliveries. Our prices are FOB/CIF. There will be different pricing for the local deliveries and customs handling.

4.Do I have to order full container?
No, it’s not necessary at all to order full container. Some items do have minimum quantity that can be arranged with LCL (less than container load).

5.What is the payment procedure?
Payments are 50% in advance when placing the order and 50% upon the dispatch of the goods. You can wire directly to the bank account, pay via credit card or you can use LC method.

6.What if I have custom design? Can you do it?
Yes, we can do custom works all the products shown on our website. Sandstone, cast iron, fiberglass, wrought iron or anything from reclaimed wood you want us to make, we can do it. Just mail us your design and we will do our best to give you the best.

7.Are my online payments secure ?
